2 RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL USO DE LA UNIDAD Cuando use la unidad por primera vez, asegúrese que el fusible 5A (Que esta incluido en la caja) este correctamente instalado en su lugar. El panel solar debe ser instalado generalmente mirando hacia el sol (Ejem: el borde del panel solar esta a 30 ó 45 grados del suelo), esto generara una mayor potencia. El cable de salida del panel solar debe ser conectado al puerto de entrada del panel solar del sistema del regulador solar. Cuando el voltaje de salida del panel solar alcanza mas de 14V, el regulador inicia automáticamente e ingresa a modo de carga. Cuando esta en modo de carga, presione el interruptor de salida USB ó el interruptor de salida 12V DC ó el interruptor de salida de encendedor de cigarrillos, la luz LED correspondiente se encenderá, y el regulador entrara en modo de carga de salida. Cuando no necesite usar ninguno de los puertos mencionados anteriormente, recuerde siempre presionar el botón Restablecer para evitar perdida de potencia. Cuando este en modo de carga, y el interruptor de salida USB ó el interruptor de salida 12V DC ó el interruptor de salida de encendedor de cigarrillos no ha sido presionado, el regulador cargara la batería automáticamente. Modelo SOL-4142: El panel de control tiene dos puertos de salida 12V DC y el voltaje de salida de 12V DC con corriente de salida máxima de 5A. No lo sobrecargue. Modelos SOL-4143 / SOL-4144: El panel de control tiene 4 puertos de encendedor de cigarrillo y el voltaje de salida de 12V DC con una corriente de salida máxima de 5A. No lo sobrecargue Advertencia! 1. Esta unidad debe ser usada en interiores únicamente, ya que no es resistente al agua. 2. Cargue la batería completamente en su primer uso. 3. Cuando no haya nada conectado al sistema, asegúrese que la salida este apagada. 4. El sistema no solo puede ser cargado con un panel solar, puede ser cargado también con un adaptador DC (Voltaje de carga de 14V~18V). 5. Use el manual de instrucciones para conectar otros bombillos u otras aplicaciones. No sobrecargue el sistema, ya que se puede dañar el sistema de control. 6. Cuando necesite reemplazar la batería asegúrese que de hacerlo teniendo en cuenta su polaridad. Positivo es rojo y negativo es negro. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA UNIDAD Este sistema de control solar se compone de panel solar, caja de control solar con batería incorporada de plomo-acido libre de mantenimiento. Todos los sistemas suministran 12V DC directamente y los modelos SOL-4143, SOL-4144 suministran 110V de potencia AC con convertidor conectado. DIAGRAMA ESQUEMÁTICO DEL MODELO SOL-4144 (Consulte los diagramas correspondientes para otros modelos) Convertidor Cargador ADVERTENCIA! 1. Lea el manual de instrucciones antes de usar la unidad 2. No use componentes o aplicaciones que no cumplan los requerimientos del sistema 3. No abra la unidad. Consulte con un profesional cuando necesite mantenimiento y reparación. 4. Retire el fusible si no la usa por mas de una semana 5. Para evitar descarga, cargue al menos una vez cada 3 meses. AC PRINCIPIOS BÁSICOS DEL SISTEMA Hay tres principios básicos del sistema de control solar 1. Cuando la luz del sol brilla en el panel solar, la energía de la luz es convertida en energía eléctrica. 2. El regulador solar envía la energía eléctrica que fue convertida por el panel solar a la batería de plomo-acido libre de mantenimiento. 3. Cuando la potencia es necesitada, el regulador solar usa la energía que esta almacenada en la batería de plomo-acido libre de mantenimiento y distribuye su energía a las diferentes aplicaciones eléctricas. 7 ! Basic principle of the system There are three basic principles behind the solar control system. 1. When sunlight shines on the solar panel, it converts light energy into electric energy. 2. The solar controller sends the electric energy that was converted by the solar panel into the maintenance-free lead-acid battery(s). 3. When power is needed, the solar controller uses the energy that is stored in the maintenance-free lead acid battery(s) and allocates its power to the different electric appliances used.! 10 ! WIRING DIAGRAM (SOL-4142)! WIRING DIAGRAM (SOL-4143)! User Manual 1. When using the product(s) for the first time, please insure the 5A fuse (which is included in the box) is correctly installed in its place. 2. The solar panel must be generally installed or placed facing the sun (i.e. the edge of the solar panel is approximately 30 or 45 degrees to the ground), this will generate the largest power. 3. The output cable of the solar panel must be connected to the solar controller system's solar panel input port (i.e. no.1 on the diagram). When the solar panel output voltage reaches to more than 14V, the controller will automatically boot and go into charging mode. 4. When in charging mode, press the USB output switch or 12V DC output switch or cigarette lighter output switch and the corresponding LED light will switch on (indicating that it is on), the controller will then go into output charging mode. When you don't need to use any of the above mentioned ports, please remember to press the reset button to prevent power loss. 5. When in charging mode and the USB output switch or 12V DC output switch or the cigarette lighter switch is not pressed then the controller will charge the battery automatically. When the corresponding lights of the power indicator lights are on, this will indicate the current amount of power remaining in the battery. The LED light for the power indicator of the battery will blink when it's charging, the lights that are blinking indicates the remaining capacity on the battery. The controller will automatically charge into the next capacity level. When the battery is fully charged all the indicator lights will be lit. ( The greater the charge current of the solar panel the faster the battery power indicator light will blink) 6 SOL-4142 control panel has two 12V DC output ports and the output voltage of 12V DC with maximum output current of 5A. Please do not overload. 7 SOL-4143/ SOL-4144control panel has four cigarette lighter ports and the output voltage of 12V DC with maximum output current of 5A. Please do not overload.! Warning 1. The system is for indoor use only. It is not rain or water resistant. 2. Please charge the battery fully on the first use. 3. When nothing is connected to the system, please insure that the output is switched off. 4. Not only can the system be charged with a solar panel but it can also be charged with a DC adapter (charging voltage of 14V~18V) 5. Use the instruction manual to connect other light bulb or other appliances. Do not overload the system. Overloading will damage the control system. 6. When replacing the battery is needed please insure the positive and the negative poles of the battery is connected correctly. Positive is red and negative is black, do not reverse the two. P-8 P-9
